vRS or FR

picked up my 08 FR Tdi on Wednesday, I really liked it on the test drive the week before but driving it home I felt different. Only done 45 miles in it yet but tomorrow I have the choice of the FR or my VRS and would prefer the VRS i think. I will use the FR to see how it drives on the roads I use for work and throw it around a bit to see what its really like. Early thoughts are

Looks VRS
Style FR
Seat comfort VRS
Interior styling FR
Speed VRS
Road noise (which is quieter) VRS
Interior lighting at night FR (very nice)

Definately too close to call at the moment I guess time will tell when I drive the FR a bit more. Think the VRS is going in for a re-map very soon though which will swing it a bit more, missus will end up with the FR if I get that done.

Im very biased but i think the facelift FR is one of the best looking hot hatches about!

i gotta agree with that, providing you get it in the right colour, Quirrely, you decided on which one to get yet?? For what its worth if its a choice between pre-facelift fr and vRS then get the vRS, but if you can stretch a bit get the facelift FR,

very tru, but it makes it a man's car, quiet butch in a hot hatch kinda way, i havent seen any women driving them
