Hi I'm driving my second Arona and I love them, however I have a question. The dealership I bought my Arona through has lost it's franchise with Seat, I have a service agreement with the company which will continue but they say that the Roadside assistance will no longer be provided as this was via seat. As the car is 22 months old does Seat provide Roadside assistance for the 3 year warranty period. Thanks

Surely your Warranty, Sevice Agreement and Roadside Recovery is with Seat, not a nominated dealer.

As such you will / should be able to get your car serviced, repaired (while under Warranty) by any dealer Nationwide, and Roadside Recovery provided also Nationwide.

Last I heard Seat, and other VAG brands, used The AA for Roadside stuff.

If the vehicle was brand new at purchase then it's the brand (Seat) that covers your warranty/roadside assistance for the duration of the policy.

You can have the vehicle repaired by any Seat dealership.

Depending on how the service plan was set up, you can usually use the dealer you bought it or an alternative providing they use the same authorisation system.
