Water in engine bay - Cupra K1

Checking the oil this morning and I noticed water on the engine cover that I usually don't see, pic -

Then I noticed that the sound proofing was soaking wet, pic -

And was dripping when the bonnet was up. However note in the next picture, three sets of drops coming from the sound proofing. The left and right being water and this middle was almost black looking, but as you can see when dripping onto paper towel it's almost blue colour. Pic -

Anyone had this issue? It was heavy rain 2 days ago here, but the rest of the car is pretty dry.

the coloured tissue on the water could be your washer jets, but most likely dye from your sound insulation

Yeah I need to sort mine too as its doing the same as yours.

I'd remove the sound deadening if the TFSI's didn't sound so wank! ****ing hate the noise of my K1 unless its on full chat. It is standard though...
