water in footwell

Ok need help really confussed.....car is stationary and somehow rain is getting in but dont know how or where from.....everything else is dry apart from footwell and under drivers seat

drivers footwell... assumign it doesnt smell of anything like coolant and is just water, then most likely the door carrier seals
loads of people have suffered this.

its likely drivers door, but could be offside passenger if you are parked on a hill.

the other less likely cause is water coming in from blocked scuttle drain holes / the foam seal for ecu has failed.

Ok thanks dude got a mini lake growing

Door seal most likely. It's a 10-20 minute job for each door. Might be worth renewing all the seals. A spare pair of hands to help wouldn't go a miss. You can buy a roll of sealant tubing (instead of squirting from a gun) for about £15 off ebay. Good luck.
