water in passanger footwell

when its been raining i get a trickle of water theat runs in from the bottom of the passanger door when i pull away , if i opne the door before i drive off its fine as the water on the sill seems to disperse, any ideas?

Known problem, managed to get mine done under warranty.

look at your pollen filter cover

its likely that it hasnt been fitted properly and the water is leaking in through there

the filter cover can be found under the bonnet top right corner as you look at it by the scuttle panel

I may be wrong but I think the pollen filter leak comes in through the bulkhead and not via the bottom of the passenger door?

sorry i didnt read it properly.. just read water in passenger footwell.


errm check your drain holes in the door matey, and the door seal.
