Very impressed with this. Once i get some decent reliability then i might give it a go. Not sure to stage 2 first though. The work you have done is fantastic.

Prices are....

£850 for an install like mine with custom brackets and stealth type location for bottle.
£750 for a rear bottle install on the side of the bootwall.
£650 for an install that uses the OEM windscreen washer as the WMI bottle.

There is also the option of a level sensor if you want one - though it is extra (not much though from memory about £50)

Just wondering. What is maximum boost of the supercharger and also turbo and have you experimented to fnd the minimum boost of the turbo and supercharger?
Can you set the quantity injected or the frequency of injection of the watee/meth or is it standard?

I believe john and steve will be fiddling with it this week

With the controller you set the point at which the injectors operate and you set the point/boost level at which the injector will be at max flow.

Sy is right with how the system operates.

The max boost from the supercharger is around 13psi. I still think that the wm shouldn't activate until the turbo takes over, so minimum setting of around 13psi. Then you only need a quick progressive increase before you request maximum wm, say around 18psi. These are rough figures for now until I can get on a dyno.

The system is permanently on, so if you don't want it to activate you simply turn both the dials up to the max.[B)]

staller are highly recomended there sound lads and hurdy that polo of yours is sweet i have seen it at steves was talking to you when u was having w/m fitted what tyre are you running on car and just had stage one fitted to mine and new plugs by steve that makes a difference alone

shall i go watermeth route aswel then lol

I'm using Federal 595 RS-R's on my Polo GTI. They are road legal Semi-slicks.

As for the modding route. Do a turbo-back exhaust, ITG intake and Revo stage 2 and then see how the car feels. Stage 2 is enough for most as once you go further you really need to start looking at suspension, brakes and extra cooling, which can be expensive. :)

what do u think to the tyres better than the p0s and what they like in wet lol

your polo is sweet by the way i have the itg air filter stage one revo map and had the plugs changed today that made a slight difference alone the tsi engine is crazy just need some good rubber for road dont see point paying 115 for origional p7 when can get semis for less

u no were can get a decent brake setup from and would you go for full system or cat bk what u running

any shows comin up will have to meet up

I haven't tried the P0's, but I can say that the Federal's are every bit as good as the Toyo R1R's I had on the Golf. Not quite as grippy as the R888's in the dry, but safer in the wet for sure.

I'd always go for a full Turbo-back system, a catback system would be like chewing gum with the wrapper on - you don't get all the benefit and it takes away some of the pleasure!;)

A decent brake set-up depends on your budget and how much braking power you really need. If it isn't going on track then upgrading the discs and pads should be enough.

It has forecast heavy rain all day tomorrow and so I will be going to the Elsecar Mega meet and Rallye Golf show - at the Elsecar Heritage centre. Car is washed and vacuumed, but still needs a wax and then I will be going indoors for the show and shine.[B)]

Steve should be having surgery tomorrow on his shoulder - looks like he will need a false joint fitting! He will be out of action for some time - Shaun (the owner of the Scirocco) was driving at the time and lost it, with both of them ending upside down in a stone wall!!
