Waze with carplay bad render

I only have this problem with waze.
Anyone with this problem?
I am using last waze beta version.

This happens after a while i start waze. The fix is disconnect and connect the cable and then it works ok for a while until crashes again.

Other map apps works all ok.

Hi I’m assuming from the image above that you can mirror the Waze app onto the main screen. Is this through car play (iPhone) android auto or through a wired connection?

You can’t mirror apps onto the main dashboard. So no Waze on the main dash.

Did you ever manage to sort this? I’ve just started to use Waze and this is happening, like you only on Waze, annoying as.

That’s a shame as Waze seems decent, I usually use google maps but heard good things about Waze. Have you tried the Tomtom free app?

i dont know if this is a waze problem or a seat software problem. In most cars of other brands this issue does not happen.
Do you have the new software version of seat?

After update infotainment to OTA version A896 Waze looks good. For me this bug is related to Seat system.

very nice to know. Lets see when my car decides to make the OTA update

Try to force the update in the workshop. Some people win when they report a SOS error, system freezes, etc. problems.
If you have v.16xx you don’t get OTA update. Workshop is one way.
