Hey there,
My seat leon cupra4 tdi is arguing in the exhaust it’s like knocks.. Can be heard when the engine is cold more then when it is hot..
links to vids:

What do you think guys? Also is it normal that needle that shows the rpms is bouncing little? Not much like 0.5mm give or take
Also there was lots of black smoke but friend of mine try to set up the injectors again but the smoke is gone almost?? how to get it back? Could it just be badly incorrectly set injectors that causin the engine doesn’t produce too much smoke?

I've had a similar problem over the past few months with the revs - if the car is idling it sits just below 1,000rpm but still go up and down a little and it's the kind of thing you can definitely notice. If I'm driving with the revs steady, the engine feels like it's stuttering a little, but never at high revs. There's definitely some black smoke occasionally too.

I'll be changing the fuel filter and running some injector cleaner through on Friday, so with any luck I'll be able to let you know if that changes anything.

The noise from the exhaust could be related but it's possible there's a bit of a leak somewhere. I've never had to do anything to my exhaust though so I can't be sure!

That "hiss" doesn't sound right.
Catalyst ceramic broken up into pebbles & a lump sat partially blocking the exit pipe?
Lumps of the broken ceramic monolith might rattle too.
Or a baffle in the silencer collapsed & partially blocking the exit?
Mind you I'm pretty deaf these days.

any differences?

It's hard to tell to be honest. The issue I was having was that if I held the car at steady revs in second or third gear, it would jerk or feel like the engine was stuttering.

I've just got back from a hard drive, pushing the car at high revs, and apart from one puff of black smoke, there's been no sign of anything out the exhaust - so if you want to get rid of the black smoke, injector cleaner could do it.
