Last weekend whilst I was driving down on M40 to London I noticed the car was making some weird noises every now and then. It sounded very much like some sort of static from an unplugged jack cable. Like the pops when you plug or unplug it and you only do it half way and not in one move. Heard like 2-3 pops about 2 or 3 times. Music kept on going.
I hadn't noticed it before as mostly I only did short trips of up to 1h and must say it wasn't anything particular about the drive. Constant 80mph, Android auto on (wirelessly), phone on the Qi charging pad. So far, I haven't been able to replicate l.
Any opinions would be very much appreciated.
Oh, and before I forget. I also noticed a vibration type noise in the door at various speeds, probably a resonance thing. That one seems to be coming from the grey plastic bit on the door that comes around the dash (marked it in the picture attached) as if I keep it pushed against the door, the sound/rattle stops. Has anyone reseated those before? Or any other suggestion would be appreciated!
