Weird Wee Problem!

Hey folks, got a weird one for yous.
My horn in my petrol Ibiza Cupra 6L doesnt work when its cold for some reason!
It works when the car is nice and warm inside and the engine is fully heated.
I can hear the switch click then I press the button on the steering wheel.
Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? Or do yous think its a poor connection somewhere and its just by chance that it works when the cars fully heated?
All help would be greatly appreciated!

Frozen water inside horn?

I dunno I that's the problem cos it's not been cold enough for puddles to freeze etc.
it could be that the puddles have thawed and the water may still be frozen because its under the bonnet possibly? Dunno if that could happen.
I might get an auto electrician to look at it and see if its a bad earth or something.
