Has anyone got any first hand views/reviews on the Weitec Hicon GTN coilover kit (or similar Weitec stuff)? e.g. What's the ride/handling like (compared to standard Cupra). Are they decent build quality? etc
I've read comments on other most popular coilover makes but there's no real mention of Weitec.
It's coming very close now for me to change my aging, standard, wallowy, crashy suspension and this particular Weitec kit seems a decent price. :)
As it's advertising blurb states "WEITEC suspension strut with coilover adjustment on the front axle, GT sport dampers with grooved ring adjustable spring plates on the rear axle allow an economic access into the coilover world".
Basically, they're £325 , as opposed to the £475 :( GT version which has the coilover rears. Looking for some height adjustability front and rear, not to slam it but for a more subtle, level drop.
Thanks in advance for any info.

It was partly because of the recent reports of poor quality with the FK coilovers that I was looking around for alternatives.
Weitec seems to be regarded quite highly (for the price) from owners of other car makes. I was just wondering if Seat owners had any experiences with Weitec?

Spot on there the cheaper brand though most of the KW tech is on the Weitec's!
I'm 99.9% sure I'll going for Weitec's (unless I have a windfall then it'll be Koni's all the way) there very highly regarded by all other car makes especially other VAG Marques due to their overall quality, just got to decide whether I can justify fully adjustable's.

I remember seeing your pictures from a recent track day. Looked like a lot of fun :D
My car is used as a daily driver to work (with a bit of "spirited" driving thrown in ).
