What 15" tyres?

I have brought a set of 15 x 7" comp Th's for my ibiza...

Question is what tyres are you all running? Car will be used on road + some track days.

Ive considered R888's etc but with all the talk of track day tyres being banned next year and the fact that the car will spend more time on the road than a track im also considering more of a fast road tyre....

Car will be weekend only toy tho so grip is the main goal... but want them to also last more than 15miles before being worn out...

Ive mates who highly recommend so many different tyres i thought id see which work well on the ibiza?

I'd shove 195/45/15's on 7J wheels (or 50's)

Are the offset ET25 on the 7J's?
As you gotta look to minimise scrubbing, by either arch work/tyre sizes

ET 21 lol! Im not having plastic arch liners and ive also took lips off front arches totally... and ground and re-welded rear arches to leave only a very small lip too.

I used to run 17's (205/40/R17 tyres) and the only scrubbage i used to get was on the front wheels, inside of plastic inner arch on full lock on bumpy roads occasionally. But they were ET38.... Rears used to have 15mm spacers so offset was really 23 on rear.

Car is on coilovers so i can set ride height to suit if the ET puts the fronts too far out....

Do you have any probs with yours? whet offset are they?

If for track days go for a slightly wider? 205's?

As you don't need archwork even better

15s all the way! and apart from my cookie cutters, its always 195/45/15.. even for a trip round the 'ring.
