what are thease codes telling me

I have a seat ibiza 1.2 2008 model was going fine untill it bought on the mangement light which starts flashing and cause a misfire most forums say that it could be coilpacks got 3 new ones which made no change,but it on a vag-com and got these codes can you tell me please what each one means.

17769 cylinder 3 ignition circuit open circuit
p1361-009 - open or short to ground
16687-cylinder 3 misfire detected
P0303-006-short to plus

Check your coilpacks on cyclinder 3.

somethings been unplugged with the ignition on, probably the coilpack on cyl 3.

As in first post i changed coilpacks but made no different.

still the same faults? have you tried erasing them?

Got car sorted turn out it was a main fuse on top of battery and a broken wire going from coilpacks to ecu ,told was lucky ecu didnot go .
