Just need a bit of help here. On the passenger side, bottom skirt (i think its called) there is a hole where a square panel of some kind is supposed to be. As you can see in the pic I have circled them in red of what I am try to get at.
As above they are the Jacking Point Covers - you remove these to get access to the sill jacking point with the car jack. However they are a bl**dy pain in the *** to get back on.
Have a look here for the numbers: https://seat.7zap.com/en/e/leon+leon+4/le/2005-268/8/853-853020/
Basically they are running out of stock, I managed to get one of the discontinued ones off a TPS shelf and it had the old SEAT badges on wrapping, the other 3 were all in new packets. Reckon soon they will all be discontinued.
Someone should post a how-to guide on putting them back in - whether it's the outside bit first or the inside bit. I have the toggles that keep them attached to the car - although once or twice they've come free and they've been smacking against the sideskirts while driving. Try and get those too, if they don't come with them - or at least try to find a way of connecting them.
I refuse to take them off now, for all the hassle they've caused me over the years - you can jack the car up without taking them off.
