What bit/tool do I need to tighten door hinges?

Searched but can't find anyone who has had to tighten the door hinges.

My passanger side door hinge is loose, which I hope is the reason why the latch catches when shuting the door......

I've had a look at the hinges and seems like there ain;t much room to get a ratchet in there even with door fully opened. Any special tool I need to tighten the hinges?

Adjusting the door

To correctly adjust the door the door hinge should be loosened from the strut. Other measures like adjusting the door upwards do not make sense. On pushing again, the door comes free again.
The wrench -T20042- should be used for this.

no idea what T20042 is though.

Not having te car here this may be a stupid point but would removing the door card help gain access?

It's an XZN spline aka triple square socket-headed screw, size M10.
