What Bulb?!

I need a new bulb for the heating panel on my seat arosa 04. I can't find the right bulb or how to do it. Help!?

I have now had a go. You just get hold of the fan switch knob and pull. The bulb is visible but takes a bit of removing with long nose pliers.
