Hi Guys.
Recently picked up my 04 plate Seat Leon tdi 130 SE.
I'm extremely happy with it.
Its been re-mapped to around 170bhp by MSD.
I'd like too start doing little bits too it but really don't know where too start.
Its silver.
Im thinking of picking up a set of mk1 leon Cupra R alloys but can't seem too find a set for sale anywhere and then get them powdercoated anthracite.
Im also going too get a set of coilovers for it and Im thinking maybe getting the side strips colour coded and getting a set of cupra bumpers.
Both of these things won't be getting done until mid next year though due too funds.

What else is there i can do to it thats a little less costly.
What air filters do you guys use??
Should i debadge the rear and if so does it leave holes??
What exhausts do you use??

Anything really too make the cars performance a little better or look a little better.
Thanks

de badge the rear looks much nicer, no holes are left as they are stuck on. most the lcr guys use jetex cone filters. fabia rear wiper looks loads better.

ive heard you have too make a bracket too secure the jetex cone filters though??

You don't have to, for the moment I've just used a short length of 80mm ID silicone hose mounted onto the MAF and an alloy hose joiner between that and the filter, the whole lot is just wedged in against the inside of the passenger-side wing.

Jabbasport and Neuspeed both make "heatshields" as part of their induction kits which include cone filters, the Jabba one can be bought on its' own for about £65 or so, this would be the "neat and tidy" option if you're bothered about how your engine bay looks or haven't got the means to make something similar yourself. I'll be ordering the Jabba one on payday next week.
