One touch windows isn't a VAGCOM thing, just hold the button down until the window opens and keep it held down for a couple of seconds. Then close the window and again hold it for a couple of seconds after it closes. All done!
It usually means it's got a bit confused. Try programming it again, if that doesn't work then disconnect the battery to start over, and redo them. Don't forget your radio code though!
