Yes... another clutch thread I hear you wince 
My remapped pd150 is starting to show signs of slip and just wondered the best course of action to cure it. I'm not made of money, but I don't really want to cut any corners either. I did think about just replacing the friction plate, but then thought I might as well do the whole thing at once.
I'm not the most knowledgable on this so would like advice on where to go next....
1. Which clutch kit? Helix, Sachs or Spec or some other I don't know about? I'm running at around 310 ft/lb and want a bit of leeway just incase I decide to mod a bit further. I was maybe thinking along the lines of a stage 2 spec kit?
2. Flywheel? Do i go for a new oem DMF or to a SMF? (i'm aware of the side effects you can get with a smf). Would a G60 flywheel be a good choice? (i've read the lighter eurospec g60 isn't really upto scratch for dervs so would the 22lb version be better?)
Any help would be appreciated and ideas of prices for flywheels would help no end too!
