Picked it up yesterday so gave it a trip to Oulton Park for a very wet race meeting today

If you meant ZE912, then you did yourself a favour by not getting them. My experience of those on a Mk1 was a disaster. I couldn't wait to get rid of them. In the wet, they were completely shite

Just checked ZE914.

But if ZE912's are that bad I doubt these are much better.

New tyres all round and 4 wheel alignment.

4 continental sport contract 5s to replace a slow puncture, a down to the cord on the inner, a bald and a worn.

Feels like a completely different car again :)

I invested in the rubber mats for the cup holders (that are part of the storage pack) and armrest storage - no more rattley cans in the cupolders :).
I'll be adding led lights in the glove box and boot soon.

Dave at sere motors sorted them out for me £25 for all 5 pieces. The 2 for the cupholders should be between £10-15 at a guess. They're the same material that's in the bottom tray of the centre console and just pop right in.

Upgraded brakes to 4 pots + fitted 18" rims for track use

I fitted these brakes using Audi TT RS front calipers, EBC yellow stuff, braided hoses all using 350mm Mercedes GL450 rotors with 18" rims fitting over them fine:

And then for some 18" rims for more choice of track tyres:

I stole 2 from the Ateca in the showroom near me, fit the Leon just fine.

Picked up my st cupra 280 - 15 today. Drove it 200km home. Then unloaded winther wheels and took my friend for a ride. Now his 2012 bimmer might not last long on his drive way. He was very impressed by the cupra. Im impressed to and have had a lot of fun with this great car today! Its fantastic to drive. Its The grey paint (Who looks white) with The orange line. May be a combo some people dislike - but I love it :)

Nice morning for a quick wash and a wax detail then out for the day . Then to try keep upto a Nissan Gtr. Wasn't the best idea as it ended with two stone chips
