Not contacted them yet, but it has dried out now the monsoons have stopped, but have printed out nice A3 plots to show them. Fife SEAT is my dealer and not that close so may wait till service time, have read on here that someone else got his sorted there no bother and as they are a pretty good dealership I am not expecting any problems.

Went to a drive-in cinema yesterday; Was asked to turn off the lights when the movie started but in order to have the heating on, the switch needed to be on, which meant the DRL's were on. Ended up having to open the engine cover and drape two tea towels over the headlights.

Crazy that there isn't an easy way to turn those suckers off.

The Eurotunnel guys are not happy about them either - they keep telling you to turn them off.

There is a VCDS mod where the drl's are switched OFF when the handbrake is on.

And another where the drl's can be switched off in the MFD menu

I have a Skoda Octavia as a company car and noticed today in the menu that the drl's can be switched off. Strange they made this standard in the skoda but not in my leon

Picked up my glass white FR 150 TDi after paint enhancement and had the calipers and hubs painted silver at the same time. such a stunning car in the sunshine.
