Is it hard to install the pedals?
I have a manual 64 reg FR and was looking to replace them.
I fitted a set of these last week, took a chance on the Chinese made set for LHD cars as they were very reasonable. Obviously the footrest didn’t fit but I wasn’t to bothered about that but the throttle and brake pedal went straight on, the throttle pedal is a little tricky but a good spray of silicone on the back of the pedal helps it slip into place... a nice little mod for £12.00

Looks a lot neater than my effort. I did under my rear seats too.

First time doing it, i took the time to do as correctly as possible, but im planning to cover all the available places in the end.

Few week ago I install some led lights in the engine bay I miss to have lights there and the trunk only have one tiny lamp so 2 led list on both side do the job, and a new gear knob

As I fitted a new black seat boot badge and Cupra badge last week i still had a chrome badge on the front grill. So I decided to try my hand at wrapping. No not spitting a few bars but vinyl wrapping. After about 4 attempts I think it turned out ok.I even put a little piece over the red part of the flag.

Very much liking the black Seat emblems. Look great against the white paint. I think they'd look good on my silver ST. How difficult is it to replace the complete mechanism on the rear hatch?

No a very hard thing to do. Lift up the boot and on each side of the tail gate (inside)there is a plastic piece you can slide out(to change bulbs). Put these aside and I just put my hands in the hole and gave a good tug until the clips popped one side then the other side and the trim came loose. There is a clip you have to unplug then 3 bolts which hold a chrome plate on and the boot badge will come out. Tip when putting boot trim back on if your on your own..don’t try one side then the other.... put it on with a hand in each of the holes and and line it up straight and it will clip in with a few gentle thumps. Even easier get someone to help you. Hope this helps.

Left it at home for the wife to take it to her work for an MOT

Cmax, seats aren't anywhere near as comfy, headrest is solid, same with plastic armrest. 105 vs 181bhp, but squishy big tyres are nicer on our crap roads

No is obviously a Not, and much obliged for the explanation. Definitely on my mod to do list.

Treated her to a good clean and a good run through some good local back windy roads( flappy paddles,exhaust&stage1 I had a grin like the Joker) all within the speed limits mind you.. I just thought I'd prove that Norfolk is not all that flat and got some pics of the car on a hill....

Good job the handbrake was on @Deano j1971 .

You’re starting to compete with the likes of @Jimbobcook @Legojon and @Sharpy with the amount of cleaning if your car

Looking goodby the way
