What catch can did you go with in the end?

I don't see any fairy liquid residue...good job!

Leyo, afraid all the review of the Racingline one were very poor, I am taking her out on the track on Thursday so will see how well it works under pressure

Stopped by Wax&Away in Manchester for a pro clean and detail with their new ceramic wax. Car looks amazing now!

how did you fit the footrest part on? is it with screws or literally a cover?

The footrests are replacements for the plastic one already there.
Remove the torx screw from the side and push the rest upwards towards the top of the footwell as there are 2 tabs which the rest slides onto - i broke mine off removing it from the last car but the bolt hold it in place

The Leon got it's first 'proper' wash in about a year. Took me about 6hrs.

Wash
Clay
Wash
Black Hole
Wax

Pleased to report no new car park dings or similar, although quite a few new stone chips on the bonnet. Front bumper is starting to get that rash feel as is the rear bumper behind the rear wheels.

Clay bar took a stunning amount of crap off both front doors. Brand new clay bar too, now only fit for the bin.

Windows, interior and a proper wheel clean tomorrow, maybe, depends how sore my arm is, lol
