My Copra has sat quietly on the drive today, dwarfed by the JEEP Compass next to it... The wife's FIAT 500 has got a leaking clutch hose (I know!) and the courtesy car is a brand new JEEP. It is the most God awful thing I have driven in a long time though. Can't even face driving it for the novelty value it's that bad :censored:

Bought a new set of alloys for winter, as they are 17” again, i had to test-fit them to be shure they clear the front brake calipers. All fine and they suite well, at least in my own opinion.

Revved the car...

And got some pops and bangs!

Might not be exciting for you lot, but my 2014 Cupra 280 hasn't ever done this before. I've constantly complained about the muted exhaust that just sounded like gas coming out of a tube, and looked into getting one of them powervalve systems you're talking about above. Might not need to now.

Car appreciation has gone up tenfold!

Also just had my mate install my hardwire kit for a dashcam, and fix my 12v socket that hasn't worked since I purchased the car. Godsend!

To be honest you don't get too many pops and bangs with the BCS as the valve closes off throttle.

Got myself together and installed the turbo muffler delete ordered from eBay. What a PITA to do it really, was much easier to change the turbo inlet pipe for the bigger one. Doesnt really feel any noticeable increase on boost or sound, but at least i know they are upgraded.
Quality of the turbo muffler delete is awesome, it looks exactly the same as the VWR one (only without the logos), fits perfectly and the price was only 18eur with the postage.

They are called Viper Berlin, and IF i found the right information, Viper wheels are made by Rial. Quality is great and the laquer thickness really decent, so overall a very good and cheap option for the winter time. Price for the set was only 310.- euros VAT included.

I've got a Google home... At home... And that drives me mad but has it's uses.
Alexa went in the bin as it randomly went off all the time, oh and I detest Amazon.

The thing is, there is no one I know called Google, I know few Alexa. I remember once at a house party, my tablet's Alexa function was active, do you know how many times, it interrupted my conversation with the real human Alexa?

I even asked Alexa (Amazon one) to 'go away,' and the Amazon Alexa replied 'that's not very nice'
