Good, '1 owner + fsh' is exactly what you want. Make sure the fsh is 100% kosher: srvcd every year or 10k, whichever occurred 1st.

Any chance dealer can let you have previous owner's contact details, so you can verify how the above-average mileage was racked up? (IE: ex-company car with lots of M-way, good; part-time mini-cab driver at week-ends, bad.)

Also, as car has done 65k it should have had a new cambelt + water-pump (brass impeller version) at 60k. If not, why not?!

Looks decent to me, but it fully checked out before you part with any hard earned. Decent previous owner and service history kept up to date and your away though!
