Ok guys, i contacted dectane themselves, and D-lite is where the daytime lights come on when ign is on, whereas the normal ones you have to put side lights on for them to be turned on.
Also bad part for uk owners, they do not produce these lights for the seat leon in right hand drive!!!!!! Therefore us uk owners will not be able to have these =[
Anyone know of any alternatives? Maybe ebay? :S

The D Lite is with real Daytime running light and the Dayline only with position light that looks like DAytime running light
