2 of my previous tyres were struggling to hold air on the 16's so after a quick hunt on eBay I found these for a bargain price,

Drove to Gloucester and back yesterday, 6 hour round trip :D

I'm much preferring the look of these although I've only managed to get 2 on as the rear wheels are virtually seized on, I don't know when they were last off so hopefully I'll borrow my brothers tools or get him to remove them for me, Joys of having a tyre fitter as a brother

I really should get the bumper swapped over again though :(

And finally found I've got a split CV boot on the passenger side so I'll be buying another one before MOT, Good job I started looking early lol

Quick rinse then de-badged the rear, then a proper wash down :D

so after having half the sahara land on my car i gave it a quick rinse, literally only a water rinse no shampoo or anything. Came up pretty well for that :p

Took it to a garage with an old school mechanic, asked if he could do a compression test and he asked what's wrong. I explained about smoke from exhaust and oil around exhaust joins, and that I'm hoping it's not a valve seal or piston ring etc.

He listened to the car turn over and idle and said what I'd suspected all along...buggered turbo :/

Hoping to get an uprated jobby and fit it at the weekend but I'm supposed to be saving for holiday spending money
