how old are you :p

32 and yes that is old and it sucks I am getting mugged off but:

a) I live in CR8 postcode which is Band E ie BAD !!

b) I have been out of the country for 2 years and so half the insurers won't cover me

c) Only just started a job

d) Only just moved in to flat

e) 1 claim and 1 SP30 in the last 5 years

I wish I really knew why insurance is so expensive for me, when everyone else seems to pay at least half as much.

£335 TPFT from Adrian Flux is the cheapest I could get anywhere.

Green Light were going to insure me Fully Comp but won't insure me cos the last time I had insurance was June 2008.

ur sp30 is loading it and and ur postcode i work in insurance there main reasons and claim

so far this year the best i have had is is £395.08 with the tint but without it is £278.70 havent made the calls to the other insurers yet though

thats fully comp protected ncb though

matt that is nothing, i know people willing to pay £1500+ for insurance

i'm paying £850 TPFT with brentacre (unlimited mods, but have to stay at 150bhp) literally ring up "put coilovers, porsche d90 wheels and hub adapters" they said "thanks...been updated" no charge :D

i felt like "run your stealing RUNNNNNN" lol

no the sp30 will affect the p[olicy on there but probably not enough becuase u signing up a s a new customer i take it and the intro offer will be blanking it but if u have a claim the sp30 will load the policy depening on the date and how long since u had it

yea i know what you mean the guy who had my old beeza said he is paying £2000

Well I've only just got a new job since travelling so money was/is well tight for now. I was trying to get as low as I could. To be fair TPFT is fine for a £700 car, still paying over the odds for it though.

2006 was my unlucky year.

Claim was only for audio equipment theft after a break in. They cranked the door open with a crow bar and bent the thing to hell, had to get the car door fixed/resprayed etc. Cost only came to about £250. Was done under protected no claims.

Speeding was 56mph in a 50mph but was SPEC so couldn't argue that one haha

so 3 years ur ok and the protected no claim should afferct ur claims but affects ur price when u protect ur no claims ur protectign a number not the price lol its a scam really and hmm might be a bad postcode or high insurance claims area as in car house travel pet etc etc

I picked up an SP30 last year and it didnt affect my premium at renewal at all.

When I phoned them up and told them Id got it they told me Im allowed to fixed penalties before there is any increase in my premium, and thats with Adrian Flux.

m,aybe they work different to the companies i work for but normally ill affect u on renewal and or if u have a claim
