As title really? Any idea what this is/From?

Found it in boot with spare wheel on my Seat Leon Cupra 2001

It has Audi Logo on it?
Part Number 8D0399424A on it
and also the words DE MUB 01

External diameter is 94mm
Internal diameter is about 56mm
Thicknessabout 5.0mm

Initially thought wheel spacer? But think diameter is too small? Plus noticed rubber ring hanging down from Rear Left trailing arm bush? So wondered if its something from there?

Have you tried phoneing a main dealer and giving them part number and seeing what they say?

Thanks all, just did a quick search on Vagcat, looks like its goes between subrame bushes and subframe.....Next question, what the hell is it doing in boot of my car!!

Hope it was previous owners other car!!! Not my Leon!!!
