Recently bought a Seat Ibiza Cupra mk3 and have been looking at a few mods but what sort of power gain should I see from this list?

Exhaust
FMIC
Induction kit (There is a Sparco one already on but its actually making the car lose power).
Remap.

Is there anything else I should do.

Sorry, this has probably been posted a million times but I keep getting all sorts when I search.

Cheers for any help.

Forge 007p most people use I think. If your running a ko3 then you'll be lucky to see any higher than 200bhp. New tip, downpipe and exhaust system will help. Fmic won't give you extra power but will help greatly with cooling temps.

Any particular brand for the downpipe and exhaust?

Well ive just had mine remapped and it hit 207.9bhp on AMD's rollers with these mods fitted:
Forge 008
Jetex airfilter
Forge Tip
Miltek catback
All down to dyno lottery aswell i suppose!

AMD's magic rollers :), the spec of mine when it was last dyno'd on k03 was
stage 2 custom map (******),
custom front mount (not cheap eBay one),
sfs TIP,
blueflame downpipe n decat,
straight through cat back,
Jetex open cone,
G60 lighten and balanced flywheel
vr6 clutch,

it made 198.9 bhp and 271ftlb on dynodaze's dyno in Hinckley, not bad to say its done 148,000 miles!!

Ye they do make very good figures on high milers haha, if off the road now cos I fancy a track/drag project :).
I had done 20,000 miles a year in it and it has never missed a beat other than the clutch pedal snapping but that's common haha, all I can say is keep on top of your oil changes and ONLY use the best fully synthetic oil you can afford!! also let the engine warm up properly before giving it death up a slip road ;)

Mines has 120000 miles and seems to be running fine. Got a slight misfire but I'm hoping it's just the plugs needing changed. First thing I'm going to do is service it before I crack on with any mods.

Which oil would you say is the best to use? Doesn't matter on price, you pay for what you get ;).

Cheers! Does anyone know where I'd be able to find a second hand FMIC? Don't fancy buying a brand new one.
