What Offset?

Hey All,

Just ordering some Bola’s after my Revo’s arrived chipped! OE fitment is 18x7.5, ET51. I’m thinking 18x8, either ET40, 42 or 45.

What do we think? FR150, standard suspension. I regularly go to places I shouldn’t (thanks mtb hobby) so am keen not to have any rubbing. I have looked on willtheyfit.com but just wanting some opinions from people far more experienced than me.

Previous threads seem to float between 40mm and 44mm, with some going as long as 35 and some up to 50. I just want to know if I’ll be okay with 40, or if I’m better off with 45 or so.

I myself have previously had 19x8,5's, ET45 with a 225/35 tyre --> they were practically in line with the wheel wells.
Currently my BBS's are 18x8's, ET44, with a 225/40 tyre --> imho perfect fit for a bit sportier stance without going too obviously wide.

Thank you! I decided to go for 18x8 ET45. Bola recommended 40 or 42, however I’d rather have the least risk of rubbing possible, and I’m not sure 3mm is going to make a lot of difference visually… I can always add spacers too I suppose.
