Sure its 5 30w fully synth (gt1 longlife), put your reg in eurocarparts website check on service parts. Or check with dealers.

I always use castrol oil but there are quiet a few different company that make high quality oil. Do you know what oil your car takes?

A model year 2000 Toledo TDI should have a TDI 90 or 110 engine, neither of which are PD. Anything that meets VW 505.00 will do. Here's one list from Opie oils.
