what plugs do you lot use?

I have forge FMIC, revo2, dynatwist, miltek cat back, 100 cell race cat, fm007p, 4bar fpr.

Any recomendations

I did loads of searching about this very topic last night.
After the few horror stories about Denso Ik22's failing and causing engine rebuilds I ordered NKG BRK7EIX this morning.

Personally i prefer IK22's to my BKR7EIX at the moment.

I ran PFR6Q previously as well and they done the job.

i use ngk platinum PFR6Q jabba sport fit them
£20 from your local motor factor i really do rate them
