well, you can use 3 or 4 mm for dv and fpr, 3mm is better imho as the nipples under the inlet mani are tiny and 3mm is just a little tighter, but its up to you. if you look at my bay, i have used only 8mm and 3 mm.
the 6mm in my bay you wont need as it for my mbc
infact get 1 m of 6mm. this is to go grom n75 valve to charge pipe, i did use 8mm before but 6 is a better fit.
so your list should be
2m of 8mm
2m of 3mm
1m of 6mm
just edited my post. well my 3mm of hose is allowing 285bhp on a tough dyno so im happy just make sure you get good quality hose.
mbc is a manual boost controller, my turbo was spiking at 2 bar eeek. now runs at 1.4 bar all the way to the red line
I used 8mm as i already had it. Imho these vacuum pipes need to be a tight fit, even more so on a mapped car. U have the pic and sizes, if you like what you see just buy the same, simples
Oh great! Merlin Motorsport contacted me this morning saying they had none of my order in
Stock and that i have to order 3m length when ordering it in. Its guba take 4-5weeks :S
So should a knock off the 3mm stuff and use 4mm stuff that we in turn dave me having to but and additional 3m? or is it rrally worth getting the 3mm stuff?
