what size spacers do i need?

to run standard cupra 16" alloys on my car but its low on coilovers?
heard ill need spacers or itll scrub?
do i need them front or rear and what size?

Pretty sure you will find this info if you search mate! But i'll help anyway!

Depending on how low you are they should be ok without spacers, most on here use 20mm on the rear and some have 5mm on the front.

I'm sure some will confirm if this is correct or not but pretty sure this will be ok.

You don't need spacers... Makes it look better with mind you. Some people get away with 20mm on the rear, but I personally go with 15mm. You can get 5mm on the front but unless you need to clear brakes I wouldn't go for any.
