What spark plugs are the best?

I have a cupra 290 mk3 I'm running stage 1 with a few other mods like R600 intake and forge coolant hose kit and so on but I would like to know the best spark plugs I could use?

I ordered them through the guys at VAG Manchester / Progressive Parts.

I think the RS7 ones or the NGK R7438-9 racing plugs are what people usually opt for.

No, they're NGK too, just slightly different. Similar prices for a set of either.
