What to do about this

Spotted this mark on my wife's Ibiza alloy, doesn't look like traditional whiteworm which can affect polished alloys.

Every other wheel and rest of this one have no marks, running finger over this is smooth like the rest and there appear to be no damage to the laquer finish.

Warranty perhaps?

To be honest I do not believe that you can trigger the guarantee. they will always say that the damage was done after the car was lifted.You did not see the damage when the car was delivered...

Car is 18 months old and the mark wasn’t present on delivery.
