hi people am really low on front pads so thought while i change them id upgrade them too!
was looking into ebc for the pads, more specifically 'yellow stuff' and before you all say its for track use! i went on a website last night and when i clicked on the cupra it says green stuff for oem replacement or red stuff for performance upgrade but when i click on the cupra R it says red stuff for oem replacement and yellow stuff for performance upgrade!

so my question is does any one have 'yellow stuff' pads with 4 pot brembos?
and do they work cold? dont mean amazin but will they stop me if i need too?

also am goin to change my dics but am finding it hard to find grooved discs for the R anyone know where i can get some??

thanks in advance

Personally i wouldnt bother with EBC pads, get some Ferodo Ds2500`s in there instead.

what are they like compared??
cheers

edit: just looking on the internet at ds2500 but cant find them for the R's with brembos! only normal cupras!

they are £96 for DS2500 for brembo fitment.. forget ebc they really are poor pads no matter what colour. very high disk wear not very good friction compared to ds2500's

i sell a lot of ds2500's to folks who want better braking. you wont go wrong with ds2500s in combination with your brembo 4pots.

you can also have 280mm or 305mm disks in elitptically grooved version same as the rears pictured below
