What version of connect app for Mk3 (2017) Infotainment system?

I have just bought a Seat Leon Cupra 300 2017 (MK3) and I would like to connect to my phone if nothing else but to use Google Maps!

I tried to download the app from here;

but it says it's NOT compatible!

The reviews I've seen aren't good so I'm wondering what the best way to procede is, ALL suggestions welcome?

There are loads of android auto / carplay dongles that you can plug in to your car to get your phone & car to play nicely together.
I use AAWireless 2023 dongle from Amazon that works really well. I had an Ottocast previously, but sketchy connections meant it was sent back fairly swiftly.
