Wheel bolts

I feel a bit stupid for asking but ........ I have just bought a set of compomotive mo's for my Leon Cupra , can I use the standard wheel bolts or do I have to get some new ones ?

If you are worried they are too short then trial fit, industry std is apparently a minimum of seven full revolutions of the bolt. This gives the minimum amount of thread recommended in the hole.

Also take out one bolt and see how it sits in the rim, some bolts have a tapered seat some don't.

what type insert did they put in? radius or taper?

they fit either.

the bloke i spoke to said that the seat was about 45 deg. which means nothing to me !

Dude, check and then check again and then finally one last time. I had a wheel come off once when i changed to bigger wheels.
