Im getting the feeling that the thread title (with stupidity) may be right! lol.
You lot have a way to reassure and make people feel comfortable! pmsl!

I'm confused the spigot diameters should be identical from TDI LC to 20v LC???? They look right without spigots tbh hard to tell tho.

They won't just sit on there I'm not calling you stoopid but you wheel lol have to hold it on while you get a bolt in.......

Spigot rings are just for fitting, the wheel bolts do all the work. If you get wobble it's because you've used an air gun or you just haven't been careful tightening up the bolts but it is just the bolts that do the work. Just phoned my mate to double check.

You carry on doing it your way, and i'll carry on doing it mine.

Fitting some after market alloys to your car with a different bore to your Hub?
You need to fit Spigot Rings to avoid wheel vibration, another important aspect is that without them, at best you will get wheel imbalance and tyre wear, at worst you run the risk of the bolt holes elongating and eventually the bolts pulling through the wheel

Lol I love a good discussion. I'm just going on what my mate is telling me but I do trust him. Like I was saying though, I don't see what a little plastic ring is going to do. Anyway my turn to google lol.:D
