Hello Everyone,

Going to get my wheels refurbished, hopefully next week, but I'm completely stuck on a decision!

I've got a red Cupra and currently running very tired looking 18" Inovit Rotors as pictured below...

Now my two choice are to either play it safe but with a difference and get Ford Panther Black which will just be black with a metallic flake, or bronze which I'm also toying with which would be more of a risk I think.

I'm still undecided whether satin or gloss aswell and just wanted other opinions as to which colour you would reckon would suit the wheels and the car.

Any other colour suggestions welcome!

Thanks :)

Edit: Any photoshop geniuses about who can edit a picture with a few colour options?

This is a nice colour but can't tell by the picture if they're bronze or anthracite. Anybody have opinions?

Done some research on the Shadow Chrome and it looks like the finish will differ a lot dependant on who does it because it's a process rather than an actual paint code so would be too much of a risk.

Drew, Anthracite with a Bronze flake does sound like a good idea, I was swaying towards Anthracite as it is anyway and adding the bronze flake will put a nice twist to them.

That does look good. Have to admit I really don't like black wheels on anything at all. Anthracite or graphite I like but not black. In fact I should be getting my wheels back from refurb any day now!

What colour did you go?

I'm going to go with a high gloss shadow chrome when my wheels are ready for a refurb, I think it will look ace against the gunmetal grey.

I agree. Unless you constantly use tyre shine they just make your tyres look grey and dirty.

I just went in to the place with the thought of not to go too dark but darker then original. Saw some wheels that were done, pointed to them and said "like that please".

Hopefully picking them up tomorrow so will chuck some pics up but they'll just show up as an ordinary graphite/anthracite wheel. Well, at least I hope so!

Decided upon Gloss Antracite. Did enquires about the bronze flake but the guy is mobile and doesn't have the correct spray gun to do that.

Booked for the 27th :)

For anyone interested, got mine back, not too light, not too dark, just the way I wanted it.

Track wheels are in the back so sitting a bit lower then normal.

Did you find out what colour they were in the end?

Apologies, no, as said above, I saw some wheels they had and said that that's how I wanted mine.
