Wheel sizes for new seat Ibiza toca

Is it possible to fit normal size alloy wheel on Seat Ibiza toca (215/45/16") in spare wheel compartment in the Car. Can someone provide the wheel sizes of alloy wheels?

I recon it should fit, I have a 205/50/16 spare so you should be able to get that but mines a pre face lift not sure if the spare wheel compartment is different

The size of the wheel is, which I am looking for spare wheel.
Seat Ibiza Stratos 16" alloy wheel = 5x100 ET 43, 7jx16, center bore 57,1, tyres 215/45R16.

I am not able to find compatible wheel the nearest one i could find is this one, but it has ET 38, will this make much difference.

Easiest way to see is take one off and put it in your boot to find out
