I've seen the question many times on this forum and on facebook groups.
What I'm looking for is from a more technical standpoint.
What is the fastest, from a dig and round a track. What feels fast and nimble?
How wide of track is preferred?
What can you fit a standard car without modifying it?
If you have found a performance winner, how is it in daily driving?
My car is a daily, and it will never be a track only car, however I sill love the performance and that is what I love about the car. The dual personalty of the car. The compromise.
When it comes to tires I'm probably going for PS4S.
How about wheel weight?

So what would I like to discuss?
"I have this and I love it" - Ok, this alone does not give to much info, alot of people like the looks of their new wheels and that is fine, but not the primary reason of this thread.
What did you have before, why do you love your new kit?
"I tried this and it didn't work out" Thanks a lot for sharing! This is as important as success stories!
"I tried this and it didn't work out until I made this adjustment to the suspension" Thank you! Super useful information. How is you daily drive? Any more wear of tires?

So wheel and tire combo, Why did you choose what you did?
Are you happy with it?
What are your subjective description of your ride at race-like events and when picking up grandma?

IMO the standard Cupra size isn’t bad - just expensive. It’s my only experience with this vehicle.

I have had 2 x sets of Michelin PS4S tyres on standard and lowered suspension, running stage 1

Grip wise they are both good, although I’m also running Superpro Arms which give both camber and Caster.

With this setup, turn in is sharp and handling is good. When I had the continental sport 5 tyres, they felt “loose”. I didn’t feel confident or comfortable. This was on standard suspension on standard power. My turn in wasn’t as sharp from what I remember and overall grip was not that good for a premium tyre. Disappointing because on my other cars it was a great tyre.

PS4s on track is an animal. I went to Brands and got 8 laps before thermal deg got the better of me, and my brakes had gone as well. I still am on those same tyres, although they will need a pair to be replace.

I could imagine what semi-slicks are like, but I will try them next time.

I hope this is what you are looking for.
