The 19” VW Pretoria alloys are a factory fit option on the Golf R. Bought as an aftermarket alloy, they are very expensive;

They also seem to be made of chocolate as quite a few owners over on VWROC.com have suffered quite badly buckled wheels.
There is an 18” OEM version; not available as a factory fit option but are available as an aftermarket alloy in black or silver and quite a bit cheaper than the 19” version. Not heard of any issues with the smaller 18” version buckling.
