I would guess that a previous owner has relocated your fuel flap switch so they can open the flap after they get out of the car. Do you have a blanking plug in the center console where the rest of us have the fuel flap switch?

Can you show us a picture of the bottom of your B pillar with the two switches installed?

Sorry Lee, I edited my post after reading in the poll that you have two switches at the bottom of your B pillar, so your response below is now a bit confusing.
