Which bcs exhaust

Right fella's which bcs exhaust is loudest sport, prestige or the powervalve also the cars a leon cupra r and its apr stage 1, can i also run it with a decat being stage 1 without doing any harm to the car?

Powervalve will be loudest on boost. Normal driving not much between the three, but the sport system will be slightly louder than the prestige.
Yes you can decat at stage 1, but you will need a spacer on the second lambda to stop the engine light coming on.
