I would say 1.4ACT>1.8tsi>1.4tsi
There really isn't much in it performance wise, same torque, 30bhp more in the 1.8 but 70kg more weight. In day to day driving they won't feel much different, and you get better economy with the 1.4 which should also help residuals. The brakes and better rear suspension are only of value if you do a lot of spirited drives, and I would argue if that's the case you want a cupra.
Just have a drive of both and get the one you like!
