I was going to use Eibach Sportlines on my car, but after seeing some other cars with them they look abit low for my liking. I'm now thinking of H&R as they're not as low and people say they're abit better. They're and extra £100 over the Eibach though.

I dont think you'll have any problems running sportlines unless your driveways like Mount Everest. H&R or Sportlines ftw.

Sportlines are just fine. Never had any problems with speed bumps

I been thinking about what springs to get as well but i think coilovers might be a better bet.

Springs will just kill the shocks eventually.

For the K1 the Eibach Sportlines or H&Rs are the best choice with it already being factory lowered.

As mentioned it is always best to get matched springs and shocks but again with the K1 already have uprated dampers on from the factory you shouldn't have any problems.
