Which mode do you use in normal day driving.
Comfort mode or individual mode?

The seller said to me use individual mode instead of comfort mode because you can use eco mode
Only in individual mode that is good for the fuel consumption.

Mine lives in Cupra Mode except when I take old ladies out in the car then its comfort mode.

Individual mode on mine is set to Cupra on everything but with Eco mode enabled and use it when very low on petrol.

Individual mode with everything set to comfort apart from the diff.

Then Cupra mode when my daughter isn’t in the car :)

In eco mode is on when you dont gas and the car will rolling.you dont use any fuel while the car is rolling until you gas again.
Maybe dont gain so much but better than nothing.

Individual with the following:

Steering- Cupra
DCC- Comfort
Diff- Normal
Engine- Eco

Then the flag gets illuminated when full on fun needed!

MPG I get 40 with my individual settings and 34 mile commute.

That’s mosts car to be fair. On a DSG however it drops it out off gear and then idles the engine so it does use fuel :( I’ve found on the DSG I get better MPG in normal than eco.

I turned my flag light off, just get the profile pop up on the FIS Screen if I switch.

It would be nice if the Vagcom stuff could change what some buttons do. I’d love it if I could change the speech button on the wheel that I never use to the Cupra mode button. Far better for quick mode changes.

Agreed, but there is still a lot of undocumented Bytes and Bits so you never know maybe somebody will find the answer one day.

Always Indiv mode for me with everyday driving dcc set to comfort, engine and diff set to cupra. When I want to push on I set dcc to cupra.

From a non-native English speaker (who also used to do the same mistake) to another non-native English (you) who is doing this (fairly common) mistake:

- a "witch" is that old woman dressing in black and flying around in a broomstick
- the correct spelling is "which"

Simple to mix them, since they are pronounced almost the same, but just saying so that you can avoid it in the future and improve your English skills :)

Cheers!

For very short journeys (<1 mile) and bumpy roads → Individual mode with DCC in comfort, Engine in Eco, everything else Cupra.
Long motorway journeys → Individual/Comfort mode, with stints in Cupra mode for overtaking and merging.
Every other time → Cupra mode.

It's no use driving in Eco mode all the time to save a few £'s on fuel. Also I don't ever use the sport mode.
